Will not let you login, and no option to get the Temp password it keeps telling you to input.

Matthew Sullivan

jackie webb

It never let's me login. Always says to use the temporary password as instructed but the won't send me one and there's nowhere on the login page for support or anything else. When I select Forgot Password it asks 3 "security questions" that are not ones I would have ever selected ("What's your favorite sports team?" when I don't follow any sports team!!! I guess at answers (like "None" for sports question) and it doesn't tell me right or wrong or email me. Just sends me in circles! I contacted NCP and they were no help either. Said to uninstall and reinstall, which I've done with old and newer version, and that they can't reset my password or send me a temporary one! I give up 😕

Asks for an activation code which I don't have. Why can't they just integrate the photos into there NCP shopping app. Already taking pictures of the barcode. From now on when they tell me to set something aside for photo, I'll just ignore them.
